We at FURBALL HAVEN LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”) value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a plush toy, we offer you the option of a refund and return. Please read the following policy information carefully.
- Return Request
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, we will no longer accept return requests.
You can request a return by sending an email to help@furballhaven.shop. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.
- Item Requirements
All returned items must be unused, in new condition, and with their original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements.
Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition to avoid affecting your refund.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be processed through the original payment method, and you will receive an email notification upon completion of the refund process.
- Shipping Policy
If the return is due to us sending the wrong item or the item being damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns made voluntarily by the customer, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer exchange services. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item according to our return policy and then place a new order for the desired item. - Order Cancellation
Before shipment, you can cancel your order by sending an email to [email address missing]. Please provide your order number in the email.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
